We are hiring an experienced Team Leader to manage a team of 8–10 members and oversee daily visa-processing operations, ensuring timely service delivery and regular reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and guide a team of 8–10 executives

• Oversee daily operations and client deliveries

• Report day-to-day updates to management

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Tourist Visa Processing

• Graduate or above

• Fluent English (spoken & written)

• Strong communication and email writing skills

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• High ethical standards & confidentiality

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience at Akbar Travels, Visament, VFS Global, Stamp My Visa, or Visa2Fly will be preferred
